How do you make your hair seem damp with hair gel?

Very stupid question but I have never used hair gel... so a little help...please...How do you make your hair seem damp with hair gel?
Well, you actually can buy hair gel that'll say wet effect ot keepd hair looking damp...you'll want to buy these ones. But you have to be careful and use it sparsely to avoid lookink like you hair is too oily. A goo brand to use: Garnier Fructis Style Wet Effect Gell...it'll come in a green, see-through tube.How do you make your hair seem damp with hair gel?
Wash your hair then work the gel through it. Just let it dry like that and it will look like it's still wet because of the gel.

wash ur hair in sampoo..then wet it,now apply the gel...then stratn it..u will get good shape....u can use brycly gel..it will give good small too...
