What is better for my hair gel or mousse?

I have really curly hair and frizzy and puffy and i was wondering what would be better for my hair for srunching and holding it all day....or if i should use both? and does gel damage your hair? THANKS SOOOO MUCH! i luv yall.What is better for my hair gel or mousse?
i use mousse, it looks better to gel, as the gel makes your hair look greasy and wet, were as the mousse doesnt.What is better for my hair gel or mousse?
gel is really heavy and hard. i use mousse, my friend has curly hair and she uses mousse.
i use both with a lil bit of hair spray it works


and stays all day for me
This wasn't in your ';Which is better'; choice, but I'd recommend hair styling wax, cos you can style your hair anytime of the day when you have it in your hair. And some even moisturizes your hair!


But if its just gel or mousse, I'd recommend mousse. Cos if you blowdry your hair after using mousse, you could also re-style your hair even hours later, just the disadvantage of having slightly sticky hands.


Best if you could re-style your hair in the washroom so you could just wash your hands if you can't stand the stickiness.
