Is it bad to use hair gel like 3-4 times a week?

I only use gel 3-4 times a week when my hair is kinda long and i dont use it that much when is short.Is it bad to use hair gel like 3-4 times a week?
Nope as longs as you wash it out the only bad thing about gel and hairspray is that it make your hair greesy the next day or so. But aside from that it is good to use. I use hair spray but sense your a guy it makes sense that you use gel, myIs it bad to use hair gel like 3-4 times a week?
I don't think hair gel damages your hair so don't worry
