What type of hair gel/scrunching gel can I use? What is the best?

I have straight hair up until my shoulders and it starts to wave down to about where a t shirt sleeve would end. What does scrunching gel do? I want to volumeize my hair but leave the bottom still wavy. What is the best gel that does not make your hair feel sticky?What type of hair gel/scrunching gel can I use? What is the best?
try using a diffuser at the end of your blowdryer, and somewhat dry it.. maybe for like 2 mins.





then spray some curl lock spray (i use pantene) while scrunching.


hole the scrunch in your fist for a good amount of time to make sure the product drys and keeps the curl tight.





than after that, diffuse again until its as dry as you want.

when you come out of the shower you should tie all your hair up in one or two buns while its wet and then after awhile you can put it down and if its not as wavy as you want it put it back up and then put mousse in it i think it works better than gel
